Hi there!
I'm a PCC level Leadership Coach, working with global professionals on their leadership potential and development, and organizations focused on strengthening their diversity and global business efforts.
Using my extensive corporate background in HR, Diversity and Inclusion, and personal/professional experience living in four countries, I help my clients gain clarity on personal values, develop an individualized toolkit for successful communication and more fully express their vision.
I was trained in New York through iPEC, one of the largest International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited coach training schools, and have been professionally coaching clients for 10 years.
Prior to private practice, I worked for PwC as a National Director and Market Diversity Leader in Houston, Texas, and before my role in Houston, I worked for PwC in various HR positions in both London and New York. In my most recent roles, I managed local diversity initiatives, coached high potential leaders and served as a group facilitator and executive coach to national leadership development programs.
In 2002, I launched my corporate HR career in Publishing and Media in New York, working in various HR roles at both Time Inc. and CNN Broadcasting. I hold a Bachelor of Creative Writing degree from Florida State University.
I have lived most of my adult life in New York City followed by stints in London, Houston, Rome and Dublin. I now find myself, living back in America, but this time in the Pacific Northwest, with my husband and young son.
